ConGlobal Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments

Seana Fairchild has been elevated to Chief Commercial Officer with enterprise responsibility for all commercial functions across all lines of business. Her strategic vision and leadership across the enterprise will ensure that ConGlobal continues to build solutions for its expanding marketplace.
Yamini Vellore joins ConGlobal as Chief Technology Officer, reporting directly to Seana Fairchild. With an impressive track record in product development and scaling, Yamini will lead our customer-facing technology initiatives and ensure innovation, efficiency, and resiliency in our operations.
Holly Morgan has been named Chief People Officer. She brings a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development across a variety of industrial services companies. As CPO, Holly will lead initiatives centered on the most essential part of our organization—our talented and diverse workforce. With a passion for creating inclusive and engaging work cultures, Holly will drive employee satisfaction, professional development, and overall organizational excellence.
Rene Etcharren takes on the role of Group Vice President, Depot Operations, to include a concentrated effort to expand our depot operations nationally and internationally. This expansion effort underscores ConGlobal’s commitment to serving its global supply chain partners more effectively.
Chad Bowman has been promoted to Group Vice President, Rail Operations, to include leadership and management oversight over all rail operations, encompassing intermodal, automotive, and switching operations. Chad’s expanded role aligns with our values of zero harm, service quality, and partnership with each other and those we serve.
