Investing in our communities
ConGlobal Cares, our corporate philanthropic program, provides financial donations to support events, projects, and initiatives that benefit the communities we serve and where our employees live, work, and volunteer.
ConGlobal Cares focuses on support in three areas:
Education—We support programs and initiatives that promote learning in skilled trades and science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and activities that inspire students to pursue skilled trade and STEM achievements and careers.
Environment—We seek initiatives and partnerships that link environmental learning and stewardship and address specific environmental concerns of local communities near our operations. Organizations we support must have a successful track record in environmental performance.
Community Enrichment—We fund programs and initiatives that support the community’s social and economic health. This support ranges from major community events such as fairs and festivals to social and support organizations such as food banks and disaster relief groups to community efforts such as summer programs for local youth.

Our Zero Harm approach to environmental stewardship and employee safety begins with training, collaboration, and preventative measures. And because we know a proactive approach is the only way to operate successfully in dynamic environments, we look at sustainability through the same lens.
Here are some of the ways we’re rising to the environmental challenge:
- We participate in an industry-leading, third-party annual assessment to benchmark our ESG performance. In 2022, GRESB named ConGlobal a Transport Leader and gave us a 5-star rating.
- We leverage our technology ecosystem, Aviro360, to reduce dwell time and redundant equipment moves.
- We’re electrifying entire operations and plan to do more.
- We partner with others who share our passion for taking care of the environment and select diverse, local partners whenever possible.
