There’s a lot to learn in these first weeks, but I wanted to take a moment to share the heart of the matter—our company culture. What you will find on this webpage guides everything that makes ConGlobal, ConGlobal. As you grow into your role, I will enjoy watching your impact and seeing how your work will advance our everyday mission of taking care of each other, our customers, and our business. In doing so, I hope you find your work rewarding, challenging, and meaningful.

We operate in complex, industrial terminal environments, making safety a core value.  I say value, not priority, because priorities can change, values do not. Safety starts with adherence to established rules and protocols, but it really shapes the kind of company we should be when we all commit to our own safety AND the safety of our co-workers. Our truest measure of success will be when we perform our work—each move, each shift, each day—without harm to people or equipment. That’s Zero Harm. Nothing will have a greater positive impact on our company and the lives of the people that make up our company than eliminating all accidents and injuries from our places of work.

Our company has a long list of strengths, the most notable being our strategically located container yard depots, our work with Class 1 railroads to load and unload finished vehicles, intermodal trailers and containers from railcars, and all types of maintenance and repair, including some really cool shipping container modifications. It’s an exciting time for ConGlobal, we’re leveraging our terminal expertise to deliver consistent, flexible, customized, and reliable solutions while staying true to our every day mission of taking care. We’ve also rolled out a technology ecosystem called Aviro 360 that delivers automated tools to improve terminal operations. What I like most is its tech built by operators for operators.

You’ll find a fair amount of information regarding your first days at ConGlobal on this website, but your manager will have a more in-depth onboarding plan prepared for you. I’d encourage you to reach out to your new team and your manager with any questions you might have. You are, after all, in good company.

ConGlobal’s roots are firmly in the transportation industry. Our earliest company began in 1968, during container shipping’s formative years. An entire industry began, demanding unprecedented investments in containers, terminals, and repair services in the Far East.

Fueled by innovation and adaption, ConGlobal has been at the forefront of a rapidly changing global economy from the very beginning. With more than 100 operations across the US, Mexico, and Costa Rica, ConGlobal is the go-to expert in multi-modal, industrial terminal operations. ConGlobal’s service and product offerings anchor on complimenting specialized industrial equipment operations with advanced, technology-enabled systems and processes.

ConGlobal is the result of the consolidation of multiple companies within a highly fragmented global marketplace. As the company grew organically and by acquisitions, our network capabilities, service offerings, and geographical coverage increased, and we emerged with the largest North American footprint in the market.

ConGlobal has enjoyed decades-long relationships throughout the supply chain. We have developed a reputation as a pioneer in utilizing technology to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen customer relationships.
