Transport Section Leader, 5-Star GRESB Rating
FORT WORTH, Texas, October 18, 2022—ITS ConGlobal (“ITSC”) is pleased to announce that it has been named a Transport Sector Leader by GRESB for its sustainability leadership in 2022. The GRESB Section Leaders are the best performers by sector from across the GRESB Assessments.
ITS ConGlobal also received a 5-star rating based on the GRESB Score and the quintile position an entity occupies relative to all entities participating in the assessment. Each year, 20% of entities receive a GRESB 5-Star Rating.
Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, providing clarity and insights to financial markets on complex sustainability topics.
The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be material issues in sustainability performance and alignment of investments with international reporting frameworks, goals, and emerging regulations. The GRESB ESG Benchmark grew this year to cover more than USD 8.6 trillion of assets under management, up from USD 6.4 trillion the year before.
ITS ConGlobal’s CEO Brant Ring said, “Our company mission is to take care of each other, our customers, and our business. This mission includes taking care of the communities—and the planet—we call home. Facing our shared climate challenge requires ambition, action, accountability, and care. That is our daily mission, and we are set for the task.”
Sebastien Roussotte, CEO of GRESB, punctuated Ring’s sentiment by saying, “ESG reporting is now more important than ever before. In order to achieve the Paris Agreement goals and move closer to a net-zero future, transparency and accountability are key. Through GRESB participation, organizations are making a significant contribution to creating a more sustainable future for all.”
