Dwight Johnson, President and CEO of ITS Technologies & Logistics (“ITS”), announced today the following management changes:

Mike Baldwin, President of ITS subsidiary company ConGlobal Industries (“CGI”), is retiring and will be replaced by current CGI Senior Vice President Rene Etcharren, effective immediately. In his new role as President of CGI, Mr. Etcharren will report directly to Mr. Johnson. Mr. Baldwin will remain in an advisory capacity for CGI, focusing on various projects as directed.

As Senior Vice President, Mr. Etcharren was directly responsible for all CGI operations, including governmental affairs and partnership relationships in Latin America. Prior to CGI, Mr. Etcharren was Vice President (1993-2004) for Container-Care International, Inc. (“CCI”), with responsibilities for developing container terminal operations in Mexico and Latin America. In 2004, CCI merged with Global Intermodal Systems to become ConGlobal Industries.

Mr. Etcharren was a founding member (1997) and President (2002-2003) of the Entrepreneurship Council of Mexico in Houston, and served as Member of the Texas Board of Advisors to Nafinsa and Bancomext (Mexican Government Inter-Development Bank and Mexican Exim Bank) from 2004 to 2012. Mr. Etcharren received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin in 1991.

“As a co-founder of the business, Mike led CGI as it grew to become the industry leader in the container depot services space,” said Dwight Johnson, President and CEO of ITS. “We appreciate his considerable contributions to the business and wish him and his family the best as he transitions to retirement,” Mr. Johnson continued. “I am excited to work with Rene as he leads CGI’s continued growth domestically and internationally while it delivers exceptional service and value to our customers.”
